Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Blynk-e launch site, localized legal pages, and waitlist experience.

Purpose of the site

This site exists to explain the Blynk-e product direction and collect waitlist signups for launch updates and optional marketing communications.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation.

  • Do not submit false, automated, or abusive waitlist requests.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or consent flows.
  • Do not use the site in a way that suggests Blynk-e offers gambling, cash gaming, or betting services.

Content and intellectual property

Blynk-e branding, text, artwork, and launch materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Waitlist communications

Joining the waitlist requires consent to launch and early-access updates. Optional marketing communications remain separate and unchecked by default.

Availability and changes

The launch site may change, pause, or be removed without notice while the product is under development. We do not guarantee launch timing, feature availability, or uninterrupted access.
