2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to participate. Public viewing is available without an account; voting, rewards, purchases and other participation require a permanent account and a completed date-of-birth check. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials.

Do not impersonate others, automate accounts, manipulate outcomes or rewards, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions. Report unauthorized access promptly.

3. Stars, Coins and free rewards

Stars are free internal participation and prediction units. Stars cannot be bought with money or converted into money. Coins are separate gift currency earned through eligible daily and weekly activities or bought optionally. Buying Coins is not required to participate in predictions.

Coins can be used for virtual gifts. They cannot fund prediction stakes, convert into Stars, create ranking advantages or be cashed out by senders or recipients. Coins have no value outside the service and purchased Coins do not expire.

Daily and weekly reward eligibility and progress are shown in the app and verified by the server. Rewarded ads are optional and unlock personal, nontransferable cosmetics such as the Orbit frame, never Coins or Stars.

4. Optional purchases and delivery

Coin packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The checkout shows the applicable localized price, currency and taxes before you confirm. Native checkout uses Apple App Store or Google Play with RevenueCat; where web checkout is available it uses RevenueCat and Stripe.

Coins are credited to the signed-in account after server verification. A pending, cancelled or failed payment does not itself grant Coins. If a completed purchase is missing, contact support with its transaction identifier; never send full card details.

5. Refunds and corrected transactions

Request store refunds through Apple or Google under their applicable process. For web purchases, contact support. Your statutory cancellation, conformity and refund rights remain in force; these terms do not exclude them.

After a verified refund or reversal, we recover up to the refunded purchase’s Coin amount from the purchaser’s available Coin balance. If the available balance is insufficient, the shortfall is recorded for manual review. We do not take Coins back from gift recipients, create a negative Coin balance or automatically collect the shortfall from future Coins.

A refund that arrives before purchase credit is applied prevents that refunded purchase from granting Coins. Duplicate provider notifications do not produce duplicate grants or deductions.

6. Content, community and live sessions

You retain rights to your content and give us the permission needed to host, process and display it to your intended audience while operating the service. You must have permission to share any content, image or live media you publish. You are responsible for what you post, send and broadcast.

Do not publish illegal content, abuse, threats, child sexual exploitation material, scams or infringements of privacy or intellectual property. Do not interfere with other accounts or platform security. Use in-app reports or contact support to report a problem.

Live controls affect the broadcast, not the prediction deadline. Ending a broadcast does not cancel existing predictions or guarantee a different result.

7. Community guidelines: no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

Our Community guidelines (/legal/guidelines) form part of these terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Blynk-e. By using the service you agree not to post, send or broadcast objectionable content and not to harass, threaten or abuse other people.

Pornography, sexually explicit content, nudity, sexual solicitation and any sexual or sexualized content involving minors are prohibited. Child sexual abuse or exploitation content leads to a permanent ban and is reported to the competent authorities where required or allowed by law.

You can report any content or account and block other users in the app. You agree to use reports honestly.

8. Prediction results and moderation

Results follow the challenge’s resolution rules, which can involve creator evidence, community review or external sources. Technical errors and abuse may require review or correction. Internal Star outcomes are not promises of financial returns.

You authorize us to review, analyse, hide, restrict or remove content and to restrict, suspend or close accounts to enforce these terms and the Community guidelines, protect users or comply with law. This includes automated checks of text, images and video on servers we operate, hiding borderline content until a moderator reviews it, and human review of reports. Automated checks are not perfect and we do not guarantee that all violating content will be detected. We aim to act on reports of violating content within 24 hours.

Confirmed violations can result in strikes: 3 strikes in 30 days lead to a 7-day suspension and 5 strikes in 90 days to a 30-day suspension. Severe violations also add a strike and can lead to a permanent ban decided by our team; child sexual abuse or exploitation leads to an automatic permanent ban. We tell you about decisions affecting your content or account and the reason for them.

You can appeal a moderation decision within six months, in the app where available or by emailing support@blynk-e.com with the content or decision identifier; appeals are reviewed by a person. Contact support to report a copyright issue. Mandatory notice, complaint and redress rights remain unaffected.

9. Account closure and service availability

You can request account deletion in Settings or through support after identity verification. Relevant legal, security and transaction records may be retained as described in the privacy policy. Deletion does not automatically request a refund from a payment provider.

We maintain and may change the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Applicable law and updates

Romanian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer rights.

We may update the terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes appropriately. The date above identifies this version.
