Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the waitlist and respect your choices.

• Email address submitted through the waitlist form.
• Required launch-consent timestamp and optional marketing-consent timestamp.
• Consent-copy version, request metadata, and technical logs needed for abuse prevention and service operation.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Manage waitlist access and launch communications on the basis of consent.
• Send optional Blynk-e product news and marketing only when you separately opt in.
• Protect the service, investigate abuse, and maintain availability on the basis of legitimate interests.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you actively accept analytics cookies. No Google tag is loaded before that choice.

Analytics consent does not enroll you in email marketing, and revoking analytics consent does not affect waitlist membership.

Recipients and international transfers

Waitlist data is stored on Blynk-e infrastructure and shared only with processors needed to deliver the waitlist and communications.

• Hosting and database providers that operate the launch site.
• Email-delivery and list-management processors used for double opt-in launch communications.
• Google as an analytics processor only after analytics consent; this may involve international transfers outside your country.

Retention

Waitlist records, consent evidence, and related operational data are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent at any time.

• Withdrawing launch communications may make it impossible for us to keep you on the waitlist.
