Account and personal data deletion

1. How to request deletion

Open Settings and choose Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps. You may need to sign in again to verify a recent session. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@blynk-e.com or support@blynk-e.com from the address associated with your account and describe your request.

We may request information needed to verify that the account is yours. Never send your password, login codes or full payment-card details.

2. What account closure does

Successful account closure removes your authentication identity and prevents further account access. Your profile is marked deleted and hidden from normal profile access; Telegram delivery details and push notification tokens are cleared.

At the same time your identifying profile details are erased: username, display name, photo, bio, date of birth and email are replaced by an anonymous placeholder. Challenges, participation and transaction records may remain, attributed to that placeholder, to preserve shared activity and other people’s records. This action does not promise immediate removal of all posts, messages, media, logs or backups.

3. Requesting further erasure

Contact privacy@blynk-e.com to request erasure of retained personal information or clarification about a specific record. We assess the request and applicable exceptions, including legal obligations, security, disputes and other people’s rights.

We respond within the time required by applicable data-protection law and explain any lawful extension or refusal. Retention periods depend on the record and purpose; contact us for the period and justification applicable to your information.

4. Purchases and other providers

Closing a Blynk-e account does not automatically request a purchase refund. Use the applicable store process or contact support for a web purchase. Transaction records needed for refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations may remain.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe may separately retain records under their own policies. Closing Blynk-e does not delete an Apple, Google or Telegram account.
