Blynk-e is a place for adults (18+) to make predictions, run challenges and polls, chat and go live together. These guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not, and what happens when someone breaks the rules. They apply to everything on Blynk-e: challenges, polls, photos, videos, comments, chat, direct messages, rooms, stories, live video, profiles, usernames and avatars. They are part of our Terms of service.
Fun, fair predictions and challenges; honest evidence when a result is settled; friendly competition and banter that does not target people for who they are; creative photos, videos and live sessions you have the right to share.
Disagree with ideas, not with people. If a post would not be acceptable in a public place with strangers of all backgrounds, it probably does not belong on Blynk-e.
Blynk-e has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed or hidden, and accounts that post it or abuse other people are restricted, suspended or banned. Serious violations can lead to an immediate permanent ban without prior warnings.
Not allowed: pornography or sexually explicit content, nudity (including exposed genitals, buttocks or female nipples), sexual acts or simulated sexual acts, sexual solicitation or offering sexual services, sexualized fetish content, and sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent.
Sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor, is prohibited with zero tolerance. This includes drawings, AI-generated images, “jokes” and requests for such material. We remove it, permanently ban the account and report it to the competent authorities where the law requires or allows it. See our Child safety standards at /legal/safety.
Not allowed: attacks, slurs, dehumanizing language or hateful symbols targeting people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or serious illness; bullying, insults and pile-ons; unwanted sexual comments; repeated contact with someone who does not want it; and encouraging others to harass a person.
Not allowed: threats of violence, glorifying or celebrating violent attacks, graphic gore, animal cruelty, content supporting terrorist or violent extremist organisations, and challenges that dare people to do something that could seriously hurt them or others.
Not allowed: content that promotes, encourages or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, and predictions or challenges about whether a person will hurt themselves. Talking about your own experience in a supportive way is allowed.
If you or someone you know is in danger, contact local emergency services (112 in Romania and the EU). If you see someone at risk on Blynk-e, report it so our team can review it quickly.
Not allowed: selling, buying or promoting drugs, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen data or accounts, or other illegal goods and services; and content that helps someone commit a crime.
Not allowed: scams, phishing, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, requests for money or login details, mass or repetitive posting, fake engagement, manipulating challenge results, using multiple accounts to evade restrictions, and pretending to be another person, brand or Blynk-e staff.
Not allowed: sharing someone’s private information (home address, phone number, identity documents, financial details, private messages or photos) without permission, and filming or photographing people in private situations without their consent.
Stars and Coins are virtual items with no cash value. Stars cannot be bought, and neither can be sold, cashed out or exchanged for money or goods. Do not present Blynk-e as betting or gambling, offer or ask for real money tied to a prediction, trade accounts or balances, or advertise external betting services.
Not allowed: false or misleading claims that can cause real-world harm, such as dangerous health or medical misinformation, false information about how, when or where to vote, and fabricated evidence used to settle a challenge.
All of these rules apply in real time during live video, duels and rooms. Hosts are responsible for what they broadcast and should end the stream if something goes wrong. Do not stream nudity or sexual activity, violence, self-harm, dangerous stunts, or people who have not agreed to be filmed, and never broadcast minors.
Our team can end a live session, remove participants and restrict an account from going live. Live sessions and live chat can be reported while they are happening.
Use the Report option on any challenge, poll, comment, chat or direct message, room, story, live session or profile. Choose a reason — sexual content, nudity, harassment, hate, violence, self-harm, child safety, spam, scam, misinformation or other — and add details if you can. Reports are confidential; the reported person is not told who reported them.
Content reported by three different people, or reported for child safety, is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it. Knowingly false or abusive reports are themselves a violation.
You can block any account from its profile or from a conversation. A blocked account cannot message you or interact with your content, and you will not see its content. You can unblock it at any time in Settings.
When we confirm a violation, we remove or hide the content and may add a strike to the account. We tell you what was removed and why.
We may also limit specific features (for example posting, commenting, messaging or going live) while a case is reviewed. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and may preserve evidence where the law requires it.
If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal within six months of the decision. Use the appeal option in the app where available, or email support@blynk-e.com with the subject “Appeal” and the content or decision identifier. Appeals are reviewed by a person, not only by automated systems.
If we reverse a decision, we restore the content or account and remove the related strike. Your statutory rights, including to contact the competent authorities or courts, are not affected.
Safety and moderation questions: support@blynk-e.com. Privacy questions: privacy@blynk-e.com. We update these guidelines as the service and the law change; the date above identifies the current version.
