FAINTECH SOLUTIONS SRL operates Blynk-e and is the controller of personal information processed to provide the service. Contact privacy@blynk-e.com for privacy and data-rights requests, or support@blynk-e.com for general support.
We process information necessary to perform our contract with you: authentication, profile and social features, messages and live media, rewards, purchases, and account support.
We rely on legitimate interests for service security, abuse prevention, transaction integrity and moderation, subject to your rights. Optional web analytics and advertising or tracking that require consent operate according to your choices. Legal obligations may require retention of transaction records or responses to lawful requests.
Device permissions control access to the camera, microphone, photos and notifications. You can change these permissions in device settings.
To keep Blynk-e safe and enforce our Terms and Community guidelines, we automatically check content before and after it is published. Photos, videos (as sampled frames) and avatars are analysed by an image-classification model that runs on servers we operate; your images and videos are not sent to third-party services for this analysis. Text you post, such as challenges, polls, comments, chat and direct messages and profile text, is checked by automated Romanian and English filters on our servers.
Depending on the result, content may be published, blocked when you try to post it, or hidden until a moderator reviews it. Moderators also review reports from users, which include the reported content, the reason chosen and any details the reporter adds. You can ask for any moderation decision, including one made automatically, to be reviewed by a person by appealing it.
If we enable it, text (never images or video) may additionally be checked by an OpenAI-compatible text-moderation service acting as our processor. This optional check is off unless we configure it, and it does not replace the checks that run on our servers.
We rely on legitimate interests (protecting users and the service from illegal and harmful content), on the performance of our contract with you (enforcing the Terms) and, where applicable, on legal obligations, including obligations to act on illegal content and to report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities. We keep moderation records — decisions, reasons, strikes, reports and the related content — to enforce rules consistently, handle appeals and meet legal obligations. They are normally kept for up to 12 months after the decision, longer while an appeal, dispute or legal obligation requires it; evidence of child sexual abuse or exploitation is preserved and shared with authorities as the law requires.
RevenueCat receives your Blynk-e account identifier and purchase information to associate purchases with the correct account and verify fulfillment or refunds. Native purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Where web checkout is available, RevenueCat and Stripe process the web payment and related billing information.
Our hosting, authentication, storage, email and notification services process information needed to operate Blynk-e. Live media uses our LiveKit infrastructure. Google AdMob provides native advertising. Web analytics and error-reporting integrations include Google Analytics, PostHog and Sentry and are activated according to the applicable consent settings.
Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA. Applicable data-protection requirements govern these transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Google AdMob may use device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP addresses and ad interactions for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents regional privacy choices, including consent or opt-out controls where applicable. You can reopen advertising privacy choices from the app’s settings when available.
On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) separately controls permission to track across other companies’ apps and websites. Refusing tracking does not remove your eligibility for free activity rewards. Ad availability may vary; a rewarded ad starts only after you choose to watch it.
A completed rewarded ad can unlock the account-bound Orbit frame, not Coins or Stars. The app and our server exchange a reward-session reference and verified ad-completion information to prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants.
Necessary cookies and local storage support sign-in, security, language and privacy preferences. Optional analytics are controlled by the analytics choice in the consent banner and Settings. The advertising choices in native apps are managed separately through UMP and device controls.
Analytics and error reports can include pseudonymous identifiers and technical information; they are not guaranteed to be anonymous. You can withdraw optional consent without losing access to core features. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We retain account and activity information while needed to provide the service. Account closure removes authentication access and erases identifying profile details (username, name, photo, bio, birth date and email); an anonymous placeholder and shared activity records are retained. Contact us to request further erasure. Shared conversations, moderation evidence, security records, transaction records and backups may require different retention periods for service integrity, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Deletion does not automatically delete records independently retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Stripe under their own policies. Contact us for information about a particular record or retention requirement.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Account settings provide profile editing, data export and account deletion; contact privacy@blynk-e.com if you cannot access them or need further help. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
The optional “Friends’ picks” setting shows, on challenge cards, only an aggregate of how many people you follow voted. It is off unless you enable it in Settings and is never shown when fewer than two of them voted, so an individual’s choice is not revealed.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Romania this is ANSPDCP. Where regional advertising opt-out rights apply, use the privacy controls presented in the app or contact us.
Participation is restricted to people aged 18 or older. Public content can be viewed without an account; participation requires a permanent account and a completed date-of-birth check. This check uses the date supplied by the user and is not a claim of government-ID verification. Contact us if you believe a minor has created an account.
We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational security measures. No system can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, login codes or full card details to support.
We update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate service notices.
